At Crystal Communications, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were originally included with the product.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
